With this series, ever evolving, I pay tribute to the work of great architects and beautiful architectures by combining parts of these monuments with plants and/or flowers. In doing this, I want to establish a communication between the anorganic and the organic in order to get to a coalition of images that might lead to creative and modified perceptions and transcendental « meaning ».

So far I had the opportunity to admire and work with architectures created by Frank Gehry, Mario Botta, Calatrava, Gaudi and some others.

In some other collage-works, I used pictures of skyscrapers in a specific urban context, switching them upside-down and thus transforming the buildings in vases from where plants and/or flowers grow out. This pictural language has especially been used in the Venice-series and the two works entitled Los Angeles I and II.
